I can’t recommend Twisted Tines and Chef Travis highly enough. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, and the menu options were incredibly broad. There were almost unlimited possibilities for creating a dinner that felt completely personalized for our celebration.

The dinner itself was fantastic. Chef Travis introduced and explained each course, and he was gracious, funny, and engaging with our guests without ever making the evening feel overly formal. As with any party, we had some last-minute changes to both the guest count and start time, and he handled everything seamlessly and with total professionalism.

And then there was the cleanup! After preparing and serving an elaborate multi-course dinner, Chef Travis and his team packed everything up and left the kitchen absolutely spotless. You genuinely would never have known that a full dinner service had just taken place there.

The entire experience was exceptional. I would absolutely hire Chef Travis again.

We had the pleasure of having Travis from Twisted Tines cater a private dinner in our home, and it was truly one of the best dining experiences our group has ever had.

From the moment the first course was served until dessert, every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The menu was creative, thoughtfully planned, and perfectly paced. We enjoyed everything from an elegant burrata and heirloom tomato salad, to incredible homemade mushroom orecchiette, perfectly cooked braised short rib over creamy mashed potatoes, and a spectacular tiramisu that was the perfect ending to the evening. Every course looked like it belonged in a fine dining restaurant and tasted even better than it looked.

What really set the evening apart was Travis himself. He was professional, personable, and passionate about his craft. He took the time to explain each course, answered questions, and made everyone feel comfortable while creating a relaxed yet upscale dining experience.

Our entire group agreed that this was one of the most memorable evenings we’ve shared together. If you’re considering a private chef for a special occasion, dinner party, or celebration, I cannot recommend Twisted Tines highly enough. Travis exceeded every expectation, and we are already looking for an excuse to book him again.

Chef Travis and the Twisted Tines staff were incredible! They worked with us on a menu and budget that we were excited about. Travis is so kind and personable and makes you feel like a friend. Everything arrived right on time, hot and plentiful. The food was delicious all of our guests loved it. Quantities were huge and we had delicious leftovers for days. Travis even helped us with a last minute taco night! Truly could not say enough positive things about the ease of working with him and his crew.

I worked with Travis from Twisted Tines and the service we received was amazing. He was so accomodating and really went out of his way to make it a special evening for me and my guests. This is the 2nd time working with this company and I looking forward to a 3rd.

We had saffron gnocchi, chicken roulade with mushrooms, and tiramisu for our micro wedding! They came directly to our Airbnb and had everything set up when we got home. Will be recommending this company to our wedding planner.

This is the best dining experience I’ve ever had. They catered our entire 3 day mastermind in Scottsdale AZ every meal was absolutely incredible. Skewers, steak, fish, even the vegetables are next level. The entire team and the head chef Travis are fantastic company and very professional. If you are considering a private chef or executive leadership catering you have found the right place.
